At Briarwood Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Briarwood packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective wraps are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
