Briarwood 3m Apron Flashing with PVC Plastisol Coating

Our Briarwood Apron Flashings, produced at our Highbridge Headquarters, are constructed from premium multi-layered galvanised steel and coated with a robust PVC Plastisol finish for enhanced durability and protection.

These Apron Flashings have an internal angle of 110 degrees, with flexibility to adjust by 10-15 degrees during installation, making them easy to install.

The PVC Plastisol coating is highly resistant to wear, corrosion, and general weathering, offering a durable and long-lasting finish suitable for demanding environments.

Each flashing features a 10mm safety welt, which improves handling and gives a polished, professional look to your building.

For secure installation, fasten the Apron Flashings to roofing sheets with 22mm Stitcher Screws, and ensure a 200mm overlap between adjoining Flashings.

These Apron Flashings are also available in Polyester Paint and plain Galvanised finishes.

Please note: These flashings, sized at 200mm x 200mm, provide a coverage of 190mm x 190mm due to the 10mm safety welt.

PVC Plastisol Flashings come with a protective film. To maintain the finish, remove this film after installation, or if storing in direct sunlight or wet conditions, to avoid any adhesion issues.
